First of all, in terms of the most direct impact, the selection of raw materials is very meticulous. The first thing that food needs to come into contact with is the surface of the raw materials, so the material of the equipment must choose food grade stainless steel with a smooth surface, which is not easy to corrode, and is easy to clean. The commonly used materials in the market are 304 and 316 stainless steel, and the main one used in food machinery is 304 stainless steel, which meets national standards. In addition, when designing the structure, easy cleaning is the most important indicator, and the detachable machine is more easily recognized by the market and industry. This type of machine has no sanitary blind spots and can avoid the accumulation of waste. It can be cleaned easily and quickly with a high-pressure gun. Taking the vegetable cutter as an example, it can not only cut rhizome vegetables into different shapes such as silk, slices, and strips, but also cut delicate leafy vegetables through the close cooperation of the upper and lower belts. Moreover, the whole machine and the feeding conveyor belt can be disassembled, which is convenient and quick to clean, avoiding the corrosion of pickled Chinese cabbage foam on the belt, and improving the service life of the belt.
